The strength and determination possessed by the Ukrainian community are admirable, but violent conflict will always result in the need for aid. This transparency is one of the reasons we chose to make our donation to them.<\/p>\n<style> style=\"height:30px;\"<\/style><div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\" style=\"height:30px;\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><h3 class=\"vcex-heading vcex-heading-plain vcex-module wpex-heading wpex-text-2xl wpex-mb-20\"><span class=\"vcex-heading-inner wpex-inline-block\">The Click Intelligence Charity Committee<\/span><\/h3>[vc_column_text]We\u2019ve pulled together an internal committee to champion our charity efforts.<\/p>\n<p>Their job is to conduct research into causes we can support and conduct regular quarterly surveys, so all of our team has a say in who we\u2019re aiming to help next.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]<h3 class=\"vcex-heading vcex-heading-plain vcex-module wpex-heading wpex-text-2xl wpex-mb-20\"><span class=\"vcex-heading-inner wpex-inline-block\">Environment<\/span><\/h3>[vc_column_text]As well as doing what we can to support communities in need, we have been taking action to try and minimize the impact we have on the environment.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]Steps we\u2019ve taken to do this include:[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"vcex-module vcex-bullets vcex-bullets-check\">\n<ul>\n<li>Being a completely paperless company, something we\u2019re very proud of<\/li>\n<li>Our Co-Founder, Simon Brisk, drives an electric vehicle<\/li>\n<li>Our Headquarters in Cheltenham is powered by green, renewable energy<\/li>\n<li>We offer completely digital services, meaning we\u2019re keeping a low carbon footprint with no shipping<\/li>\n<li>We complete in-office recycling<\/li>\n<li>95% of our team conducts virtual meetings via Teams, Zoom, Skype, or Google Hangouts. This minimizes travel within the UK and internationally.<\/li>\n<li>We offer remote opportunities for staff, again reducing the emissions involved in travel.<\/li>\n<li>For our local team, we offer hybrid working, with 2 days in the office and 3 working from home. The ways we\u2019ve been doing this are:[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"vcex-module vcex-bullets vcex-bullets-check\">\n<ul>\n<li>Developing an open culture so employees at all levels know they can speak to their line manager about their needs. Team leaders have been given management training, with a focus on wellness, to support these discussions.<\/li>\n<li>Respecting the importance of work-life balance and how important it is for our team to switch off outside of work.<\/li>\n<li>Since Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted, we have opted to move to a hybrid working model, with 2 days in the office and 3 working from home. The aim is to provide our team with the best of both worlds by providing socialization and support from being in the office as well as supporting work-life balance with home working.<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019re working with our HR team at HR Star to onboard wellness principles, such as assessing stress containers in 1-2-1s.<\/li>\n<li>HR Star is also supporting us in the creation of \u2018Technical Competency Assessments\u2019 for all roles. This provides staff with clear steps for their professional development.<\/li>\n<li>We have a dedicated, external Mental Health First aider who helps our team navigate challenging situations life may throw at them, supports with stress management, and provides a confidential ear if needed.<\/li>\n<li>In lockdown, we offered the team mindfulness training to support the adjustment to this challenging time.<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019re doing quarterly events with our team to get everyone together to unwind. We have a half-day, and make sure to give back to our team on these days! These events provide team building, face-to-face fun for our in-office and remote team and aim to thank our staff for all their hard work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]In order to grow our positive, sustainable impact, we have 3 goals for 2022.<\/p>\n<style> style=\"height:30px;\"<\/style><div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\" style=\"height:30px;\"><\/div>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"vcex-list_item vcex-module wpex-m-0 wpex-max-w-100 wpex-mb-5\"><div class=\"vcex-list-item-inner wpex-inline-flex wpex-flex-no-wrap\"><div class=\"vcex-list-item-icon wpex-mr-10\"><div class=\"vcex-list-item-icon-inner vcex-icon-wrap wpex-inline-flex wpex-justify-center wpex-items-center wpex-leading-none wpex-child-inherit-color\"><span class=\"ticon ticon-star-o\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/span><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vcex-list-item-text vcex-content wpex-flex-grow\">1. One of our goals for 2022 was to sign up to Ecologi! Ecologi was created to empower people to take on the climate crisis while offsetting their carbon footprint by planting trees and supporting climate projects. At Click Intelligence, we will be making a monthly commitment to grow new trees to offset carbon emissions. We\u2019re excited to announce, as of July 2022, we\u2019re now partnered with this fantastic cause!<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vcex-list_item vcex-module wpex-m-0 wpex-max-w-100 wpex-mb-5\"><div class=\"vcex-list-item-inner wpex-inline-flex wpex-flex-no-wrap\"><div class=\"vcex-list-item-icon wpex-mr-10\"><div class=\"vcex-list-item-icon-inner vcex-icon-wrap wpex-inline-flex wpex-justify-center wpex-items-center wpex-leading-none wpex-child-inherit-color\"><span class=\"ticon ticon-star-o\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/span><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vcex-list-item-text vcex-content wpex-flex-grow\">2. We will partner with the United Nations and proudly ambassador their Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In this partnership, we will gain support for how we can further develop our impact strategy in line with their SDGs. This will incorporate our charity donations and enable us to take a further look at a variety of different issues.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vcex-list_item vcex-module wpex-m-0 wpex-max-w-100 wpex-mb-5\"><div class=\"vcex-list-item-inner wpex-inline-flex wpex-flex-no-wrap\"><div class=\"vcex-list-item-icon wpex-mr-10\"><div class=\"vcex-list-item-icon-inner vcex-icon-wrap wpex-inline-flex wpex-justify-center wpex-items-center wpex-leading-none wpex-child-inherit-color\"><span class=\"ticon ticon-star-o\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/span><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vcex-list-item-text vcex-content wpex-flex-grow\">3. Launch our health plan. Due to the pandemic, there has undoubtedly been an excessive strain on the NHS. In addition, mental health concerns are perhaps higher than ever before. As a result, we are launching a health care plan for our team members. This will help them get priority appointments and dental care.
